Welcome to our website and to the online registration for La Maison Rémy Martin, our exclusive members club which opens its doors for 3 weeks on the 16th of February to the 4th of March in the heart of Soho in London, at 147 Wardout Street, W1F 8WD London.

About La Maison Rémy Martin

Please note that attendance to La Maison Rémy Martin is solely for members and is by invitation only.  Invitations are non-transferable and you are permitted to invite 3 people to attend La Maison Rémy Martin with you.

Once you have completed the Members’ registration process, and provided we accept your application, our concierge will contact you to confirm the address and dates for this year’s La Maison Rémy Martin, your attendance and with further details about the event.

Please note that registration does not guarantee entry to La Maison Rémy Martin and we reserve the right to turn away guests at the door if we consider it appropriate for any reason or if the venue is full.

Information collected

You do not have to give us any personal data in order to use most of our website. However, if you wish to use certain areas of our website, we may collect and process the following personal data about you:

  • Information that you provide by completing our online registration forms;
  • Information that you provide by signing-up to our e-mail mailing list;
  • Information that you provide when entered into any of our online competitions;
  • Information you provide to our concierge who will contact you to confirm your invitation to La Maison Rémy Martin;

When you provide us your personal data we will only use your information in accordance with this privacy notice.  We will use your personal data to process your registration for La Maison Rémy Martin and once you have completed the online registration our concierge will contact you to confirm your invitation and to provide you with further information about La Maison Rémy Martin and to answer any questions you may have about the event.  With your consent, if you have registered for La Maison Rémy Martin or entered into any of our online competitions, we may also contact you by e-mail about future events or exclusive offers that we think may be of interest to you or with marketing information about our products or services (or those of our carefully selected partners). We may require you to provide verification of your identity and to pay an administration fee (which is currently £10) to provide a copy of the information we hold.
